i was given food poisoning from a burger i ate once there and was in the hospital for a few days and ive seen the manager recently treat his servers with the most disrespect ive seen in any restaraunt.....i gave it another chance after the burger because im a person who understands that people make mistakes, but as far as im concerned i will never eat at this establishment again. Upon talkin with a few of the girl i have learned that this manager that is named george has always been this way and nothing ever gets done about it. If it was up to me he would have been fired ages ago
We haven eaten at the MVP for years now and have no complaints about the food or staff.
Yes on occasion things may get screwed up but have always been happily corrected.
The staff seem happy and as it is an open kitchen you can see what goes on.
"George " seems to be happy to help out whenever it is needed and being a waitress my self for many years I can usually tell whether there is friction happening.
George is always smiling and talking with his staff. You would have to ask them but I think this busy pup /restaurant would be a great place to work as far as work goes. We are off to have dinner there right now ,that is how I came to find this site...I was looking for an online menu. Ps didnt find one think I'll have the peppercorn cutlets again )
Service was bad and the food was worse.
We have lunch at MVP at every occasion when in campbell River
Suzanne is an EXCELLENT server, the food is always VG or EXc.
Service is fast
Serious contender to be the best overall in town
